Warranty & Return Policy:

All sales are final, no refunds or returns unless manufacture faults and/or functional damage is evident. Exchange of a 'manufacturers fault' defective item is to be claimed within 24 hours of delivery. No returns accepted without first obtaining an RMA number. Item is to be returned to us within 14 days of RMA issuance. Seller, at its sole discretion, will determine the eligibility of an item for return. Any item accepted for return will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
