Delivery beyond 35Km or Country/Regional Victoria (Only) (outside Melbourne Metro Region) is available at additional freight/handling charge. Calculated at the flat rate of 0.75 Cents per Kilometre (round trip) to your destination. Distance is adjudged as that displayed on Google Maps or Whereis 'Get Directions'. The maximum delivery charge is capped at $120.00.  Such deliveries are by appointment only, are primarily available on Saturdays/Sundays and includes 100% assembled delivery, 'Ready to Go', and 30-60 minutes tuition/training.

Delivery to locations outside of Victoria (Interstate), buyer is to arrange at own expense. We will deliver to a nominated freight/transport Depot. Please note, these E-Mopeds are 100% assembled and tested. For interstate shipping, they are then partly disassembled and secured in a steel framed shipping crate ... therefore we cannot accept any liability for damage in transit, where we do not deliver direct (Victoria), or after delivery to a Depot for transport arranged by customer. A $75 handling and packaging fee is required for crating and despatch to a Melbourne metro Depot.

THIS ITEM IS RESTRICTED FOR PERSONS 16 AND OVER (WHEN ELECTRIC MOTOR ENGAGED) AND CAPABLE OF SAFE OPERATION. ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND DUE CARE MUST BE TAKEN BY THE RIDER, INCLUDING WEARING AT ALL TIMES DURING USE AN AU/NZ 2063 STANDARD HELMET (OR BETTER).

#LIKE ALL BICYCLES, THIS ITEM IS ONLY TO BE RIDDEN IN A DESIGNATED BICYCLE LANE AND/OR AS CLOSE TO THE KERBSIDE OF THE INNER LEFT LANE AS PRACTICAL ON PUBLIC ROADS. RIDER MUST OBSERVE APPLICABLE BICYCLE ROAD RULES AND LAWS (BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE, PRIOR TO PURCHASING, FOR CHECKING WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND/OR STATE ROAD AUTHORITY FOR RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT ROAD LAWS & USAGE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ITEM).

SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OR OWNERSHIP OF THIS ITEM.

Warranty & Return Policy:

All sales are final, no refunds or returns unless manufacture faults and/or functional damage is evident. Exchange of a 'manufacturers fault' defective item is to be claimed within 7 days of delivery. No returns accepted without first obtaining an RMA number. Seller, at its sole discretion, will determine the eligibility of an item for return. Any item accepted for return will incur a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.

 

Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by improper misuse or assembly or attempted repair or maintenance of item. Seller, at its sole discretion, will refuse to accept for return any item assessed as subjected to negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. All shipping expenses incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of the item or any defective parts are the customer's responsibility. Battery pack, Batteries, Charger and Motor Controller are warranted for 90 days.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including, without limitation, plastic fairing, cables, switches, light bulbs, fuses, hoses, brake pads, inner tubes and tyres.
